The base of the building is concrete and the pool deck is polished concrete
as shown in the pictures below
The pool is lined with greenish stones as in the photos below
In the skp model, the building structures rendered in white,
in reality, is corten steel like you can see here below

The exterior black walls are covered with polycarbonate mirror sheets

The roof is made of tilting and retractable glass louvers
Inside, the walls and doors are black surface plywood
